Our diving socks are made of 3MM thickness neoprene + nylon cloth, so it is not suitable for strenuous exercise (like beach volleyball, or running, etc.) this product can be used in: snorkeling, walking, home and other light activities, beyond the scope of application, will greatly shorten the product life, or even damage it in a short period.

The size was measured manually, there may be a bit errors. If your feet are fatter you can buy one size bigger.
